Ramon received his BBA in Finance with Real Estate Option from Angelo State University.

Kevin is a 5th generation Texas and has called the Texas Hill Country his home since graduating from Texas Tech University in 1984. He founded and co-founded two multi-million dollar startups, from the ground up, just a few short years after moving to the Austin area, both in the depth of an economic recession.

Kevin obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and approaches commercial lending as much from the financial advisory side as he does from a straight traditional lending approach.

Kevin is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator working with clients in the QM, Non-QM and hard money lending space.

Kevin is committed to delivering exceptional results and to helping his clients access the working capital solutions they need to drive their business forward.

She has over 10 years of experience lending on the residential side helping first-time homebuyers and investors find their ideal properties.

About Jonathan

Jonathan is an innovative sales executive with 14 years of experience in the financial industry. Jonathan is known for his creativity and outside of the box thinking; often finding ways to simplify even the most complex problems. Jonathan started his career in financial services at Morgan Stanley where he spent nine years in a variety of sales leadership roles. Following his tenure at Morgan Stanley he served as Sales Director for Kaplan Financial and opened his own company where he works with alternative investment firms and private equity managers, helping them raise capital and structure deals. Prior to his career in financial services Jonathan served as a United States Marine. Jonathan has attended NYU, The Wharton School Leadership program, and the West Point Thayer Leadership school.
