Build Your Own Team
As you advance to Director or Managing Director on the CapitalAx broker ladder, you can build and lead your own origination team within the national platform. You get the infrastructure, lender access, proprietary software, training resources, and back office support, plus a revenue share on your team's production, while running the team like your own business.
If you're an experienced commercial lending professional ready to move into leadership, or if you're already running a team and looking for a better platform, we'd like to hear from you.
